Our success as a company rests on the shoulders of our employees. This is not a matter of course for us, and we show our appreciation, among other things, through a company pension plan coupled with an employer’s allowance, an attractive health package that includes continued salary payments and a company accident insurance policy that also covers accidents in the private sector.

Ever since our company was founded, we have looked beyond our own horizons and remain committed to social projects that we select together with our employees. For many years now, we have been supporting an orphanage in Myanmar and a charitable relief organisation that provides emergency aid in the wake of natural disasters.

TEAM FOR CHILDREN
With an annual cash donation, we support an institution for orphans aged 3 to 16 years. Here, the children are given education, training, nutrition and access to leisure activities.

The charitable relief organisation @fire, with over 200 volunteer members, provides rapid emergency aid after devastating natural disasters under the motto “Firefighters help worldwide”. Kindswater AG is a supporting member and lends its helping hand in the form of regular material donations such as equipment.
